We are seeking a Learning Lead to join the Learning & Development Team and the People Department. The role will research, design, facilitate and evaluate innovative learning solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and designing innovative learning methods.
  • Facilitating both in‐person and online learning workshops.
  • Evaluating learning outcomes and refining programs.
  • Developing content that aligns with organisational goals.

We expect you to have experience delivering learning and training, with strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Benefits and conditions:

  • Salary: £37,282.00 per annum, including London weighting where appropriate.
  • Vacancy type: Full time, permanent.
  • Working hours: 37.5 per week.
  • Home‐based role with a requirement to deliver workshops at services.
