This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Health and Wellbeing Nurse for our Greenwich service. You will be stepping into a role where your compassion and clinical skills truly change lives. You’ll work closely with people at some of their most pivotal moments, offering guidance, delivering evidence-based interventions and a human connection that empowers individuals to take positive steps toward recovery.

As Health and Wellbeing Nurse, you will be joining a vibrant body of clinicians across Via's wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD. This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
