This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for an Administrator for our Gloucestershire Service.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrator you will handle telephone, email and in‑person enquiries with empathy, accuracy and professionalism. You will act as the consistent point of contact for ongoing queries relating to new referrals, appointment bookings, or service processes. Maintaining accurate and timely records on the case management system is extremely important to this role. You will identify risks during referral screening and day‑to‑day contact, escalating concerns in line with Safeguarding policies. Assisting in other areas of administration including prescriptions and invoicing will be expected when the service requires this.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has a passion for working with people affected by substance misuse or other vulnerabilities. You should have confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with diverse groups. In addition to this, strong IT skills are essential. It would be desirable if you understand safeguarding principles and have experience handling sensitive information.
