Via is supporting our client to recruit a Sales Team Manager for an ambitious and fast-growing business operating within the sports and hospitality sector. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-performance sales environment and enjoys developing talent, driving results and leading by example. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a team of New Business Executives, creating a culture of accountability and success, and maintaining your own sales pipeline alongside your leadership responsibilities.
Location: Glasgow
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

This role combines leadership with hands-on sales responsibility. You’ll have the chance to shape a successful team, influence sales strategy and play a key role in driving continued business growth.
Responsibilities- Recruiting and developing high-potential sales talent.
- Delivering structured onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
- Conducting regular 1-to-1s, call coaching and performance reviews.
- Creating a high-energy, competitive and collaborative culture.
- Driving accountability and managing performance effectively.
- Taking ownership of team KPIs, activity levels and revenue targets.
- Monitoring pipeline health and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
- Maintaining your own pipeline and achieving individual sales targets.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers and key clients.
- Working closely with leadership to refine sales processes and outbound strategy.
