As Executive Assistant, you will become the organisational backbone for this individual and their Family Office, ensuring every aspect of their professional and personal world operates seamlessly. You will handle complex diary orchestration across time zones, manage ever-changing travel logistics, support media appearances, and coordinate with agents, publicists, legal teams, and business partners.
The role also extends into the individual’s broader commercial and philanthropic ventures, giving you exposure to a diverse range of strategic projects. At times, you will accompany the Principal on transatlantic travel, providing on-the-ground support during filming periods, launches, press commitments, and key business engagements.
What You Will Do
- Manage an intricate, international schedule, balancing personal obligations, filming commitments, media appearances, and business meetings
- Coordinate extensive global travel logistics, including private and commercial arrangements, accommodations, on-the-ground itineraries, and occasional travel alongside the Principal
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Family Office, management teams, legal advisors, creative collaborators, and commercial partners
- Prepare briefs, schedules, and documentation for media, business, and philanthropic engagements
- Maintain absolute discretion while handling confidential information relating to the Principal’s career, public profile, and private life
- Support the Principal’s portfolio of business interests, from brand partnerships to production ventures, ensuring follow-up, timelines, and actions remain tightly managed
- Oversee ad hoc personal tasks, lifestyle management, and household coordination as needed
- Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and solve problems before they arise, always staying several steps ahead
