We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced drug and alcohol recovery leader to work within our Gloucestershire Service, working closely with partners from Probation and the courts, Gloucestershire Police and other multi-agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your focus will be to ensure the delivery of excellent services, meeting service contractual requirements, key performance indicators and responding to internal and external (e.g., CQC) audits and reviews.
  • You will support a team of Recovery Practitioners, with client engagement, treatment support and care coordination, in particular for those who have been given a community sentencing treatment requirement (CSTR), an out of court disposal order (OOCD) or have been seen in a custody environment.
  • You will work in partnership with stakeholders including those who use our services, staff and volunteers and take the lead in specific designated areas, supporting the delivery of strategic and operational goals.
