As a Commercial Intern, you'll support both the Partnerships and Partner Success teams in London — getting hands-on experience across everything from prepping commercial materials to helping existing partners grow and improve their services. Your work will directly contribute to bringing efficient, sustainable, and inclusive tech-supported transportation to more communities around the world. This is a full-time internship starting August or September 2026, running for a minimum of 6 months, based in London in a hybrid setup. Some prior work experience is recommended.
About the Role:- Become an expert on Via — build a nuanced understanding of our tech, use cases, and best practices to support partners and internal teams effectively.
- Support the Partnerships team by preparing materials, insights, and research that help them close and grow deals.
- Contribute to best-in-class quality assurance by thoroughly testing new product features before partner roll-outs and drafting clear, easy-to-follow product documentation.
- Set up marketing campaigns to help partners boost ridership and build compelling materials to showcase their success stories.
- Analyze service performance data to support quarterly business reviews, providing partners with actionable recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a real plus.
- A final-year undergraduate.
