This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‐paced and growing organisation. We're looking for a Nurse – Health & Wellbeing to support our clinical at Passmores House residential Service. The successful candidate will be supporting our clinical and treatment pathways including supporting inpatient admissions, inpatient alcohol and drug detoxification, and health and wellbeing assessments. They will contribute to the routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC registered service, and form part of the MDT.

Our nursing teams are key to ensuring the delivery of excellent services, maintaining professional standards and CQC compliance, ensuring residents have routine access to health and wellbeing assessments, and delivering key pathways for treatment and harm reduction, improving outcomes for the communities that we serve. You won't just be delivering clinical care – you'll be supporting people to stabilise their health, regain confidence, and move toward a safer, more hopeful future.
