As Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage key retailer and distributor relationships, take full P&L responsibility for your accounts, and collaborate with the wider EU retail team to deliver ambitious growth targets. You’ll analyse market trends, optimise promotions, and ensure in-store excellence while supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Own the P&L for your accounts, making investment decisions to achieve growth targets.
- Build strategic plans with the EU Retail leadership team and set long-term goals.
- Manage and grow key retailer and distributor relationships across multiple markets.
- Analyse EPOS, competitor, and market data to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to execute campaigns and support new launches.
- Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and prepare business reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management, ideally within European retail.
- Proven track record of managing and growing major retailer accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience running full retail P&Ls.
- Negotiation skills and experience handling complex customer relationships.
- Comfortable with data analysis, forecasting systems, and EPOS.
- Experience managing distributors.
- Bilingual candidates preferred (Dutch or other EU languages).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of sustainable consumer products or emerging retail technologies.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
