Via is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester (Base Chester). The successful candidate will support clinical and treatment pathways, including Buvidal clinics, ambulatory alcohol detoxification, BBV pathways, and health and wellbeing assessments for all service users.
Our nursing team ensures delivery of high-standard care, maintains CQC compliance, and provides routine health assessments and harm-reduction pathways.
