We're seeking a talented Management Accountant to join the Group Finance team. This is a broad and hands‑on role at the heart of the business, covering month‑end reporting, statutory compliance, and group consolidation across multiple entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering timely and accurate month‑end close for the group and its subsidiaries
  • Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
  • Performing detailed variance analysis with clear commentary and insight
  • Completing Balance Sheet reconciliations to audit‑ready standard
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly Group consolidated accounts
  • Assisting with intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and group adjustments
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns across the Group
  • Supporting finance integration activity relating to M&A and hive‑up processes
  • Building strong relationships across operational, commercial, and technology teams

About You:

  • Newly qualified or part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
  • 2–5 years' experience in a relevant finance role
  • Solid experience in month‑end reporting, tax returns, and audit support
  • Background in a high‑growth, technology‑focused, or multi‑entity environment
  • Exposure to group consolidations, mergers, or hive‑up processes
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive mindset
  • A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
