We are hiring a Candidate Experience Consultant to support candidates throughout their journey with Via. This role would suit a bright, commercially minded graduate from a Russell Group university who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and delivering an excellent service. You will be working at the centre of a modern recruitment platform, helping candidates present themselves properly and ensuring every interaction feels professional, helpful and human.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, career goals, motivations and salary expectations.
- Help candidates build accurate, high-quality VIA profiles that reflect their skills, experience and ambitions.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring they feel informed, supported and valued.
- Work with the wider team to improve candidate quality, feedback, engagement and the overall platform experience.
