About the Role
- Execute on our go-to-market strategy for advertising by identifying prospective clients and building a pipeline of campaign opportunities.
- Develop tailored campaign proposals and sales materials that clearly communicate our value proposition to brands and agencies.
- Become a confident spokesperson for our advertising proposition, educating clients and agencies on best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, providing ongoing client support to optimise performance and drive results.
- Track market and customer trends and feed insights back to the wider team to inform product and revenue opportunities.
- Work towards and consistently meet revenue targets, contributing to overall team goals.
About You
- 2+ years of relevant commercial or client-facing experience (whether in advertising, media, tech sales, or another fast-paced environment).
- Some exposure to business development or sales processes, with an eagerness to develop end-to-end commercial skills.
- A strong communicator who is comfortable working across teams and building relationships with external partners.
- Passionate and motivated — you’re energised by outreach, not discouraged by rejection, and excited to build something over time.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
- French language skills are a plus.
