The role emphasizes a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. Joining Via provides peer support, training, supervision, and a vibrant, innovative environment. The main purpose is to deliver high-quality care to service users accessing treatment for substance use and complex needs, working closely with clinical teams and other professionals. Candidates should have experience with substance use challenges and related health issues. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, prescribing, delivering interventions, and developing group programs. No two days are the same. Please note: this position is subject to Prison Vetting.
