This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Clinical Lead for our Harrow Service. As Clinical Lead you will provide visible, effective clinical leadership to the clinical team for your service. Supported by the Portfolio Medical Lead, Lead Nurse and Pharmacy Technician and in collaboration with operations colleagues you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based and compassionate care.
We are looking for experienced Independent Prescribers, with a background in either nursing or as a pharmacist. As Clinical Lead you will be joining a vibrant body of clinicians across Via's wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD. This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
