What we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We're looking for a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner for our Redbridge Service. Within this role, you will play a vital part in delivering substance misuse treatment and recovery support for individuals with drug and alcohol needs across the criminal justice pathway. You will work closely with prisons to support continuity of care, and in partnership with courts and probation services to deliver timely, high-quality, person-centred assessments, evidence-based drug and alcohol interventions and recovery planning.

Working collaboratively with criminal justice partners and multi-disciplinary teams, you will take an assertive and compassionate approach to engagement, risk management and safeguarding, contributing to integrated offender management pathways, reducing re-offending and improving outcomes. This is not just a job – you'll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.

We're looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you're someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
