Would you like to help improve the health and wellbeing of those with drug and alcohol issues?

The Role

This exciting and rewarding role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting client re-engagement into treatment services
  • Reducing unsuccessful discharges and increasing positive outcomes
  • Delivering high-quality drug and alcohol services to clients and their families
  • Managing caseloads, assessments, interventions, recovery and aftercare planning
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Supporting volunteers, peer mentors, and service user engagement
  • Co-facilitating SMART Recovery Groups and Recovery Café

The Service

i-access is a partnership service by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust and Via, providing substance misuse treatment for adults in Surrey.

Location

The role covers Surrey with an admin base in Woking. Travel to other locations may be required.
