Via Westminster Drug Project is recruiting a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner for our Redbridge Service. You will deliver substance misuse treatment and recovery support across the criminal justice pathway, working with prisons to support continuity of care.
In collaboration with courts and probation services you will provide timely, evidence-based interventions and recovery planning, engaging with partners to reduce re-offending and improve outcomes.
