Community Outreach Advocate for Recovery and Access

Via Westminster Drug Project is seeking an Outreach Practitioner in Brent to engage with individuals affected by drug and alcohol use and health inequalities. You will build trusted relationships within diverse communities and partner with local services to improve access to treatment and recovery.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team,灵 supported by the Outreach Team, capable of flexible hours and field-based work, with a focus on reducing barriers to care and promoting wellbeing.
