As Strategy & Operations Manager at Citymapper, you will lead a talented team of Analysts who play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Citymapper's data. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams, you will help set priorities, solve complex problems, and ensure the team's work drives meaningful improvements for Citymapper and its users. Who You AreAn experienced people leader: you have experience directly managing and developing a team, with a track record of coaching others, giving thoughtful feedback, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed. Technically comfortable: you can engage with data and product work, understand complex problems, and build trust with technical teams without needing to be the most technical person in the room. A strong project manager: you bring structure to complex work, keep multiple priorities moving, and balance attention to detail with the bigger picture. A clear communicator: you build trust quickly across functions and are equally comfortable in an engineering discussion, a product conversation, or a business planning session.
