About the Position: As a Shortlist Manager at Via, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the recruitment landscape. You will ensure that our clients receive timely and high-quality candidate shortlists, directly impacting their hiring success and satisfaction. What You'll Do:
- Manage all active shortlists, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines (typically 5 days) to meet client expectations.
- Review and validate AI-generated matches for suitability and quality before client delivery, acting as the quality checkpoint.
- Liaise with employer clients to handle queries, gather feedback, and set expectations, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Track delivery metrics such as on-time rate, client satisfaction, and shortlist quality to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide insights that enhance AI matching accuracy and improve service delivery.
- Uphold Via’s service standards and candidate privacy protocols, ensuring compliance and trust.
What You Bring:
- Proven background as a recruiter, RPO/onsite talent consultant, or talent acquisition specialist with 1-2 years of experience.
