The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you'll lead a team of Business Development Executives responsible for generating new revenue and developing relationships with corporate clients. This is a true player-manager role. You'll be responsible for your own sales performance while coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed targets. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence sales strategy, improve processes and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
