About the Position: As a Resourcing Manager at Via, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the recruitment landscape by ensuring our clients receive top-quality, AI-matched candidates within five days. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in HR tech, where your expertise will directly impact client satisfaction and recruitment efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Manage all active shortlists, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines (typically 5 days).
- Review and validate AI-generated matches for suitability and quality before client delivery.
- Liaise with employer clients to handle queries, gather feedback, and set expectations.
- Track delivery metrics (on-time rate, client satisfaction, shortlist quality) to ensure high standards are met.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide insights that enhance AI matching accuracy.
- Uphold Viaβs service standards and candidate privacy protocols, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Proven background as a recruiter, RPO/onsite talent consultant, or talent acquisition specialist.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building trust with employers.
