We are partnering with a well established and highly respected organisation within the racing and betting industry to appoint a commercially focused Partnerships Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing B2B function at the heart of the racing ecosystem, managing and developing long term partnerships across the UK and Ireland.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will manage a portfolio of racecourse partners, acting as a trusted commercial contact and driving mutually beneficial growth initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver structured sales and marketing plans, ensuring partner objectives align with wider business priorities. You will play a key role in identifying new commercial opportunities, supporting contract development, and enhancing performance across your portfolio. The position offers strong exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to develop specialist operational knowledge within the racing and betting landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with racecourse partners
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities across your portfolio
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals

About You

  • Experience within the betting, racing or wider gaming industry

  • Experience supporting or negotiating commercial agreements
  • Self motivated and collaborative in approach
