You will work directly with the COO of an ambitious life insurer at an inflection point — gaining hands-on exposure across operations, partnerships, customer experience, and product. What you'll do
- Support the COO across operational and strategic initiatives
- Manage and develop key distribution and business partner relationships
- Drive product and operational improvement projects end-to-end
- Deliver excellent customer experience through responsive problem-solving

- Deploy AI and modern tooling to lift team productivity
