The Role We're seeking a talented Management Accountant to join the Group Finance team. This is a broad and hands-on role at the heart of the business, covering month-end reporting, statutory compliance, and group consolidation across multiple entities. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering timely and accurate month-end close for the group and its subsidiaries Preparing monthly management accounts including P L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Performing detailed variance analysis with clear commentary and insight Completing Balance Sheet reconciliations to audit-ready standard Supporting the preparation of monthly Group consolidated accounts Assisting with intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and group adjustments Preparing and submitting VAT returns across the Group Supporting finance integration activity relating to M A and hive-up processes Building strong relationships across operational, commercial, and technology teams About You Newly qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) 2–5 years' experience in a relevant finance role Solid experience in month-end reporting, tax returns, and audit support Background in a high-growth, technology-focused, or multi-entity environment Exposure to group consolidations, mergers, or hive-up processes Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive mindset A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels What's On Offer £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience 5% pension scheme Hybrid working — minimum 3 days in the office per week in Cheltenham Flexible start date Real opportunities for professional development and career growth A collaborative, innovative culture within a scaling business Register your details on Via to progress your application.
