Via is supporting our client in hiring a Sports Sales Executive to join a growing premium hospitality and corporate events business focused on elite sporting experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for commercially driven sales professionals with experience in football hospitality, premium ticketing, or sports sales to join a newly launched Football Desk focused on premium football hospitality and corporate entertainment. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, building corporate relationships, and helping establish the business as a major player within football hospitality.

Package

  • Year 1 OTE: £30,000 – £45,000
  • Year 2 OTE: £45,000+
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Development & Sales
    • Generate new business through outbound sales activity, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry relationships
    • Build and grow relationships with corporate decision-makers and key accounts
    • Sell premium football hospitality packages and VIP experiences
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop long-term corporate partnerships
    • Attend football fixtures, networking events, and client meetings
    • Deliver high-end hospitality solutions tailored to client needs
    • Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
  • Commercial Growth
    • Work closely with leadership to support the growth of the Football Desk
    • Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
    • Contribute to overall sales strategy and market positioning
