- Managing complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and investigations
- Providing expert ER and employment law advice to managers and stakeholders

- Partnering with HR Business Partners and the wider People team to build manager capability
- Using insight from casework to proactively identify recurring issues and improve ways of working
