The opportunity: You will join a sophisticated, well-resourced group treasury team operating at scale across multiple geographies. Key responsibilities:
- Support group-wide cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimisation
- Assist in the management of banking relationships, facilities, and covenant reporting
- Play a key role in debt management, refinancing activity, and capital markets execution
- Support FX and interest rate risk management, including hedging strategies and documentation
- Produce high-quality treasury reporting for senior management and the board
- Partner with FP&A, tax, accounting, and commercial teams across the group
- Contribute to treasury projects, systems improvements, and process optimisation
Progression: This role has a defined pathway to Deputy Treasurer, typically within 18 months, subject to performance. You will be developed across leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making to prepare you for that step.
