The Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Researcher/Resourcer to help ensure our candidates have the best possible experience. You’ll play a key part in supporting candidates through the recruitment process, helping them succeed, and building strong relationships that drive Via’s reputation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support candidates throughout their journey, from initial interest to placement
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to help candidates shine
- Liaise with clients to ensure alignment and smooth communication
- Analyse and improve candidate experience processes
