The Role

This is not a scheduling or posting role. It is a voice, narrative, and engagement role. You will help shape how Via shows up in the world, explain why hiring is broken, and build real audience trust across social platforms. You will work closely with the founder and product team and see the impact of your work quickly.

What You’ll Own
  • Create written and visual content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Turn product insights and founder thinking into compelling social stories
  • Shape and evolve Via’s brand narrative and tone of voice
  • Build outbound social channels that support inbound growth
  • Drive real engagement and community, not vanity metrics
  • Set or contribute to content strategy and editorial planning
  • Monitor performance and report on engagement, growth, and conversion
