A fast-growing, purpose-driven technology business is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support continued growth and strengthen its finance function. This role acts as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic financial insight to support decision-making, profitability and long-term growth.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will work closely with the CFO, regional leaders and functional heads across Marketing, Product and Operations in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior finance leadership to drive performance and deliver actionable insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for designated business areas
- Develop and assess business cases for new initiatives such as marketing optimisation and market expansion
- Provide financial analysis and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data and Operations to improve transparency and accountability
- Contribute to the development of a best-in-class finance business partnering framework
About You
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- Five plus years experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in marketplace, e-commerce or SaaS environments
- Strong track record in P&L ownership and financial planning
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using BI and financial tools such as Power BI, Looker or Anaplan
- Commercially minded, analytical and data-driven
- Comfortable operating at pace in a high-growth, international environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at senior stakeholder level
- Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
