A fast-growing B2B growth agency is seeking a confident and driven Business Development Manager to join its team. You will help ambitious tech clients connect with their most valuable prospects, driving commercial conversations and booking well-qualified sales meetings.
This is a hands-on outbound role, ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys the buzz of outbound sales, and wants to work with global tech brands across multiple markets.
The RoleYoull manage 45 client accounts, combining outbound outreach, ABM campaigns and warm lead follow-up to deliver measurable results. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to book meetings and drive event registrations
- Build and segment prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Craft personalised outreach to senior decision-makers that resonates with client ICPs
- Qualify leads and ensure meetings align with commercial goals
- Report clearly on pipeline and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative and communications to deliver integrated campaigns
- 12 years experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR or business development
- Comfortable and confident on the phone, able to pitch and qualify leads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
- A natural relationship builder and team player
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Hands-on experience working with global tech brands
