The opportunity
- Manage the full end to end sales process across designated developments
- Proactively generate and convert leads
- Conduct customer appointments across multiple sites
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of house types, availability and build progress
- Advise on purchase assistance schemes and tailored buying options
- Negotiate effectively to secure sales and maximise value
- Manage cancellations, seeking to retain and re-secure reservations
- Drive additional revenue through extras and upgrades
- Maintain high presentation standards across sales arenas and show homes
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal processes
- Work closely with site and regional teams to ensure seamless communication
