We are partnering with a leading UK housebuilder and regeneration specialist to appoint a Finance Analyst into their high-performing London division. Operating across both private and affordable housing, this is a commercially driven, partnership-led business with a strong reputation for quality, sustainability and long-term career development.
This role offers broad exposure across reporting, financial control, joint ventures and business partnering, working closely with senior divisional leadership.
The opportunity
- Supporting the Divisional Finance Director and wider finance team, you will:
- Produce monthly management information across core and joint venture activities
- Review month-end journals, funding requests and debtor reporting
- Maintain strong balance sheet control and support a robust financial control environment
- Contribute to half year and full year external reporting
- Partner with Commercial, Development, Sales and Marketing teams to provide insight and challenge
- Support process improvements and systems enhancements
- Mentor junior team members
About you
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong academic background
- Advanced Excel skills
- Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Commercially minded and able to work to tight deadlines
Experience within construction, property or housebuilding and exposure to joint ventures would be advantageous.
