What You'll Do:

  • Guide and support customers through their new home purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve queries from the public affected by construction sites, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors and technicians to address issues swiftly and minimize disruption.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure all concerns are resolved to their satisfaction, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism, exceeding customer expectations.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven customer service experience, ideally within the housebuilding or construction sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions.

Experience Required:
