A well-established construction and property company is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join its Special Projects Division. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective communication and positive relationships with residents, contractors, freeholders, management companies and leaseholders, particularly across refurbishment and remediation projects.

The Role

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring queries and concerns are handled professionally and proactively.
  • You will work closely with on-site teams to monitor project progress, compliance and issue resolution, while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, accessible, and customer-focused communication through written channels and face-to-face interactions.
  • Act as the main contact for residents, managing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Liaise with construction teams and site managers to track compliance with remediation requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Represent the organisation in meetings with residents and responsible entities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the resident experience throughout project delivery.

About You

  • Two to three years experience in a resident liaison role within housebuilding, refurbishment or remediation projects.
  • Strong resident and customer service skills with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing newsletters, presentations, and digital communications.
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Valid driving licence for travel to resident meetings.
