Via is confidentially supporting a well-established and growing organisation in the search for an Application Support Analyst to join their IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience to step into a hands-on role supporting business-critical systems, gaining exposure across a wide technology landscape while building deep system knowledge.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for application and systems support, helping users troubleshoot issues, improve system usage, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting users with day-to-day system queries and issues
- Triaging and resolving tickets through an ITSM system
- Delivering a high level of first-time fixes and escalating where needed
- Maintaining clear documentation of processes and resolutions
- Supporting system administration tasks and liaising with external suppliers
- Managing incidents, requests, and changes in line with SLAs
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve service and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in an Application Support / IT Support role
- Experience working with business systems or SaaS platforms (e.g. ClickUp or similar)
- A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A motivated, resilient individual with a desire to learn and improve
