Their finance function is on a mission to move away from spreadsheet-heavy reporting and towards intuitive, self-service dashboards — and they need a Reporting Finance Manager to lead that transformation.

You'll sit right at the intersection of Finance, Commercial and Business Intelligence, owning the reporting and forecasting that shapes how leadership understands the business.

  • Leading weekly, period-end and trading performance reporting across the business
  • Owning the sales budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to keep forecasts sharp and commercially relevant
  • Producing insight-led performance packs covering sales, trade, traffic and key commercial KPIs
  • Building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards that give the business real self-service visibility
  • Using SQL to extract, interrogate and analyse large datasets to support reporting and insight generation
  • Driving the shift from static, spreadsheet-led reporting to dynamic, dashboard-driven performance management
  • Analysing campaign and promotional activity, evaluating ROI and commercial impact
  • Supporting interim and full-year reporting with high-quality analysis and commentary
