  • About the opportunity

Via is partnering with a creative marketing agency looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support a busy period of new client work on an initial three-month freelance contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take an influencer campaign from initial brief and talent selection through to creator management, content delivery and reporting.

You'll work on campaigns aimed primarily at teen, young adult and family audiences, so we're looking for someone who understands the creators, platforms and content that resonate with these groups.

You'll have plenty of ownership and will be trusted to manage campaigns independently rather than simply supporting individual parts of the process.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Develop influencer and creator strategies for client campaigns
  • Identify creators and influencers who fit the target audience and campaign objectives
  • Research and shortlist talent across relevant social platforms
  • Manage influencer outreach and build strong creator relationships
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables and usage rights
  • Create clear and engaging creator briefs
  • Manage creators throughout the content development and approval process
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
  • Manage campaigns from initial brief through to launch and completion
  • Work closely with internal creative, account and client teams
  • Ensure creator content meets campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Track campaign performance and engagement
  • Analyse results and produce clear campaign reports
  • Use campaign insights to recommend improvements for future activity
  • Stay up to date with emerging creators, platforms, formats and social trends

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of influencer marketing, creator marketing or social media campaign experience
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from brief through to delivery
  • Strong understanding of the creator and influencer landscape
  • Experience identifying appropriate talent for specific audiences and campaigns
  • Confidence approaching and managing creators or their representatives
  • Experience negotiating influencer fees, deliverables and usage rights
  • Experience briefing creators and managing content development
  • Good understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and other creator-led platforms
  • Experience tracking and reporting on influencer campaign performance
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Confidence managing multiple creators, deadlines and deliverables at once
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly in a freelance environment

Experience working on campaigns targeting teen, young adult or family audiences would be particularly valuable.

Experience within FMCG, food, confectionery, entertainment, consumer brands or youth marketing would also be useful, but isn't essential.

Why apply?

  • Three-month freelance contract
  • Hybrid working in London
  • Hands-on ownership of influencer campaigns
  • Work across creator strategy, talent selection, negotiation and campaign delivery
  • Opportunity to work on new client campaigns targeting highly engaged consumer audiences
  • Join an established creative agency environment
  • Collaborative team with a strong focus on consumer marketing and creative ideas

If you're an Influencer Marketing Executive, Influencer Marketing Specialist, Creator Marketing Executive or Social Media professional with hands-on influencer campaign experience and you're available for a freelance contract, we'd like to hear from you.
