About the opportunity
Via is partnering with a creative marketing agency looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support a busy period of new client work on an initial three-month freelance contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take an influencer campaign from initial brief and talent selection through to creator management, content delivery and reporting.
You'll work on campaigns aimed primarily at teen, young adult and family audiences, so we're looking for someone who understands the creators, platforms and content that resonate with these groups.
You'll have plenty of ownership and will be trusted to manage campaigns independently rather than simply supporting individual parts of the process.
What you'll be doing
Develop influencer and creator strategies for client campaigns
Identify creators and influencers who fit the target audience and campaign objectives
Research and shortlist talent across relevant social platforms
Manage influencer outreach and build strong creator relationships
Negotiate fees, deliverables and usage rights
Create clear and engaging creator briefs
Manage creators throughout the content development and approval process
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
Manage campaigns from initial brief through to launch and completion
