Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hands-on experience, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the role
- A foundational understanding of the video streaming industry and related technologies
- Working knowledge of at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, React, Swift, Objective-C, or Java
- Familiarity with API-driven and web-based architectures, with an ability to debug basic web streaming challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Solid technical fundamentals and a curiosity-driven approach to learning new technologies quickly
- Good presentation, organization, and time-management skills, with confidence to grow in customer-facing situations
Streaming & Video Technology Interest
- Exposure to or interest in video streaming and real-time delivery technologies, such as:
- Live and/or on-demand streaming platforms
- Video playback SDKs
- Low-latency or real-time streaming workflows
- General familiarity with OTT video platforms or video delivery ecosystems is a plus
