Learning & Development Coordinator
Via East Midlands is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 12‑month temporary contract to join our People team based at the Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e‑learning, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, feedback, and certifications, and produce reports to support L&D planning and compliance.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure high‑quality external provision aligned with organisational standards.
- Support apprenticeship programmes and graduate schemes, acting as a key contact and monitoring learner progress and engagement.
- Manage pre‑ and post‑course administration, ensuring accurate certification and quality standards are met.
- Handle finance tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking, while managing the shared training inbox.
- Support L&D projects, contributing ideas and research to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Willingness to attend on‑site invigilation for training courses.
What we're seeking
- Experience in an admin or coordination role, ideally within Early Careers, HR, or L&D, with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive in improving processes and identifying more efficient ways of working.
- Able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional support and guidance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across administration, reporting, and delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with L&D systems or LMS platforms.
