Via East Midlands are currently seeking a Landscape Architect Manager to join our Environmental Management & Design team based at our Trent Bridge House Office in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

What You’ll Do
- Effectively manage the team to ensure successful delivery of the work programme, thereby achieving client expectations, company business plan objectives, and supporting company-wide design and build functions.
- Design and manage the delivery of projects across landscape design, urban design, and landscape planning functions.
- Manage the delivery of specialist technical expertise in landscape planning to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and standards.
- Provide specialist landscape design input to colleagues, clients, or third parties to support project delivery.
- Identify development and market opportunities to contribute to the growth of the team.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their potential and deliver effective results, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
- Manage consultation, communication, and liaison with clients and stakeholders, including the public, elected Members, and professional networks, to facilitate project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant degree and Chartership of the Landscape Institute, with demonstrable experience in a design consultancy at a principal level.
- Ability to lead a team, make decisions, and solve problems to meet objectives.
- Strong ICT skills, including proficiency in CAD, GIS, and other relevant software.
- Thorough knowledge of landscape design standards and environmental improvement schemes.
- Understanding of procurement practices, contracts, and partnership forms.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, planning, and good practice for landscape projects.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
