Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, feedback, and certifications, and produce reports to support L&D planning and compliance.
  • Liaise with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure high-quality external provision aligned with organisational standards.
  • Support apprenticeship programmes and graduate schemes, acting as a key contact and monitoring learner progress and engagement.
  • Manage pre- and post-course administration, ensuring accurate certification and quality standards are met.
  • Handle finance tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking, while managing the shared training inbox.
  • Support L&D projects, contributing ideas and research to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to attend on-site invigilation for training courses.
  • Experience in an admin or coordination role, ideally within Early Careers, HR, or L&D, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive in improving processes and identifying more efficient ways of working.
  • Able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional support and guidance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across administration, reporting, and delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with L&D systems or LMS platforms.
