We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self‑motivated Marketing / Business Development Executive to join the VIA Creative team. You should be degree qualified within the field of marketing, sales and business development. The position would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years of business development and marketing experience and an awareness and interest in creative, web & digital media.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director; you will be responsible for the marketing, sales and business development activities for the company and hold team members accountable to deliver on the strategic goals and delivering a clear return on investment. You will work closely with the full team to communicate the company’s value and service offering to our target markets.

The main attributes for this role are:

  • Business development
  • Sales (both telesales and client facing)
  • Customer service development

  • Digital and marketing strategy planning
  • Management of the agency’s social media and e-marketing development

Other key duties for this role include:

  • Manage accurate sales and enquiry pipeline records
  • Help source and process new prospects and leads, from initial enquiry through to conversion and after sales
  • Follow marketing budgets set by the company
  • Set and execute the agency’s marketing plan across all channels with weekly and monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate and consistent brand messages across all media platforms
  • Work across all business areas to develop marketing plans and target new customers through social media, e-marketing, direct marketing and through events and networking
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
