Marketing/Business Development Executive
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Marketing / Business Development Executive to join the VIA Creative team.
Requirements
You should be degree qualified within the field of marketing, sales and business development.
The position would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years of business development and marketing experience and an awareness and interest in creative, web & digital media.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director; you will be responsible for the marketing, sales and business development activities for the company and hold team members accountable to deliver on the strategic goals and delivering a clear return on investment.
You will work closely with the full team to communicate the company’s value and service offering to our target markets.
The main attributes for this role are business development, sales (both telesales and client facing) customer service development, networking, digital and marketing strategy planning plus management of the agency’s social media and e-marketing development.
- Manage accurate sales and enquiry pipeline records
- Help source and process new prospects and leads, from initial enquiry through to conversion and after sales
- Follow marketing budgets set by the company
- Set and execute the agency’s marketing plan across all channels with weekly and monthlytargets
- Maintain accurate and consistent brand messages across all media platforms
- Work across all business areas to develop marketing plans and target new customers through social media, e-marketing, direct marketing and through events and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
Other key duties for this role include
- Have a good level of awareness and knowledge of creative and digital media
- Attend trade shows where applicable
- Develop and deliver presentations to sell the services of the agency

We are looking for a well-rounded, junior to mid level (or exceptional grad) web/software developer to join the VIA Creative team.
Requirements
You will be responsible for helping deliver all aspects of web development output through the studio for our wide range of clients in different sectors and industries.
You will be expected to have the following skill sets.
You’re a dev, you should know this stuff by heart
- HTML5/CSS3
- Grunt or Gulp task runners
- Experience in at least one CMS
Nice to have, but not essential
- ECMAScript 6
- Basic server administration (Linux)
- Laravel (or other modern MVC framework)
Skills
- You will have the essential coding competencies required of a degree (or similar) qualified web developer
- You will have either least 1 year post graduate commercial agency/studio experience or be a dynamic graduate looking for your first agency role
- You have an affinity with all things code, web, social media and digital that working in a creative environment will bring to our clients
- An understanding of SEO/PPC and associated digital marketing knowledge is beneficial, but not required
- Awareness of general studio protocols including admin/project management/job tracking
