What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We're looking for a Senior Outreach Practitioner for our Islington INROADS Service.
You'll provide compassionate, street-based drug and alcohol support to people who are rough sleeping.
Working closely with partner agencies, you'll take a whole-person approach, responding to each individual’s needs around housing, health, finances and family relationships.
Supported by the Team Manager and Clinical Lead, and in collaboration with operations colleagues, you will provide leadership to the wider INROADS team, supporting a small team of outreach workers to deliver safe and effective care.
Being a Senior Outreach Practitioner worker is a varied and rewarding role. It gives invaluable insight into health and social care systems for anyone looking to progress within health and social care.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, flexible and confident working both independently and as part of a team, with experience of working in a substance misuse support setting, or similar.
