About the role
Are you looking to make a difference? You don't have to be a doctor to transform lives.
We're looking for an IPS Team Leader to lead our award-winning IPS Into Work team across West London, supporting people affected by substance misuse to find meaningful, competitive employment and build a brighter future. You'll be required to travel across West London as part of the role, with reasonable travel expenses reimbursed. In return, you'll benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
You'll lead a high-performing team, champion IPS principles and fidelity, and use insight and performance data to deliver high-quality, sustainable employment outcomes.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident, values-driven leader, ideally with a strong understanding of IPS principles and fidelity and the ability to coach, motivate and get the best from others.
You'll combine compassionate leadership with clear accountability and a strong focus on quality, performance and continuous improvement. Resilient and solutions-focused, you'll tackle challenges, set high standards and keep your team focused on delivering excellent outcomes for the people we support.
What you'll be doing
A typical week could include:
- Coaching and field mentoring staff to strengthen IPS practice.
- Using performance data to improve outcomes and service quality.
- Supporting the team to maintain fidelity to the IPS model.
- Building strong relationships with treatment teams, employers, commissioners and partners.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the IPS community and WLA.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and ambitious team culture.
