- Care. Care for people is at the heart of everything we do.
- Be human. We are accessible, genuine and humble. Always learning.

What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Lead for our central communications department. We’re seeking someone who loves digital, who enjoys a well-functioning website, engaging social posts, and newsletters that people open. You’ll take the lead on our digital channels: our website, social media, intranet and more. You’ll write and publish content that is clear, engaging and true to who we are, and you’ll keep our website accurate and up to date using our CMS.
Your responsibilities include creating video content, managing our social channels day to day, and looking after our intranet so it is genuinely useful for staff. You’ll monitor website analytics and social insights, using what you learn to improve future work.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and with colleagues across Via, from service leads to subject matter experts, bringing digital thinking into their plans from the start. You’ll be the person the team turns to for digital know-how.
This is not just a job—you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
